３月１日（日）ＡＣＴ劇修了発表会中止のお知らせ
３月１日（日）ＡＣＴ劇修了発表会は、首相から今後２週間に渡るコロナウィルス感染予防対策の発表を受け、また、生徒の皆さま、保護者の皆さまの健康と安全を考え、残念ではございますが中止することといたしました。
ご了承いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
【生徒の皆さまへ】
ＡＣＴ劇修了発表会をとても楽しみにしていたことと思います。
とても残念ですが、皆さまの健康・安全を考えて、中止といたします。
劇の発表は、各スタジオで行うクラスの修了式の中で行う形にいたしますので、その楽しみにしていた気持ちを、修了式で思う存分発揮してください。
【保護者の皆さまへ】
３月１日（日）ＡＣＴ劇修了発表会は中止といたします。
代替として、ＡＣＴ劇修了発表会の振替休講を予定していました３月２日（月）～３月７日（土）までのクラスについては、通常通り行います。
また、ＡＣＴ劇の発表につきましては、各スタジオで行うクラスの修了式の中で、時間をもうけさせていただきますので、よろしくお願いいたします。
当日は、手洗い徹底・マスク着用など、感染予防に配慮していただけますよう、お願い申し上げます。
【URGENT】March 1st ACT Plays Presentation has been cancelled
In the best health interests of all of our members, we regret to inform you that the ACT Play Presentation Day events scheduled for Sunday, March 1 will be cancelled. This difficult decision comes after the announcement by the prime minister advising the cancellation of all major sports and culture events for a period of approximately two weeks to stop the spread of the Coronavirus.
We thank you for understanding.
Message to Students:
We understand that you were very much looking forward to the presentation day. We are very sorry about this, but we cancelled the event for your health and safety. All of the plays will be performed in studios as part of the closing ceremony that takes place in the last class of the year. Best of luck for a great presentation and wonderful finish to the school year!
Message to Parents:
ACT Play Presentation Day events scheduled for Sunday, March 1 will be cancelled. We are very sorry about this, but we cancelled the event for your health and safety Classes that were to be OFF will, in exchange, be held in between Monday, March ２ and Saturday, March 7. All of the plays will be performed in studios as part of the closing ceremony that takes place in the last class of the year. Thank you for your continued support!
Please use a mask and thoroughly wash hands when attending the closing ceremony. Thank you for your cooperation.
